Financial Aid

No student(s) will be excluded from attending Sts. Peter and Paul School due to financial hardship.  Financial aid is available to families who demonstrate financial need.  Please contact the School Principal, Mrs. Nicole Herrmann, at the School Office (859-635-4382) with any questions concerning financial assistance.

Donations and memorials are welcome and may be sent to the School Office.  Make donations payable to: Sts. Peter & Paul School, with a notation of Student Financial Aid Fund on your check.

Families with three or more children enrolled simultaneously at both Sts. Peter and Paul and Bishop Brossart High School may apply for a $200 large family discount from Sts. Peter and Paul, along with a discount from Bishop Brossart.  Application should be made at Bishop Brossart, and a copy of that application should be sent by the family to Sts. Peter and Paul.  Families who receive financial aid through FACTS, are not eligible for the Large Family Discounts.

Sts. Peter and Paul continues to partner with the FACTS program to administer the Financial Aid applications and assessment.

PAYMENT PLANS

Sts. Peter and Paul has engaged the services of SMART TUITION as the billing and collection agent of  all Assessments, Tuition and Fees.  Information and registration papers are available at the School Office.

The first payment of the School Fees ($72 per child), is due and payable at the School Office in April of each year, or at registration (for new students). This payment must be made to ensure your child/children's registration for the current school year. Total School Fees for the year are $285 per child.  School Fees will be billed by and collected at the School Office.

All other Assessments and Tuition may be paid in full by August 1, at the Sts. Peter & Paul School Office. Assessment/Tuition accounts paid in full by August 1 will receive a $50 discount. Families who choose not to pay their accounts in full by August 1 will be required to register with SMART TUITION. The balance of all Assessments and Tuition will be billed by and payable to SMART TUITION.

Monthly, Semi-annual and Quarterly payment plans are available. Payments may be made by check, money order, automatic deduction, or on-line with a credit card.
